Saints are getting back in shape in the North Sea
Not content to wait for the pools to reopen in Scotland, Saints have been braving the chilly North Sea to start putting in the miles. The most recent session saw a hardy group complete the iconic “east to west” sands swim in chilly but sunny conditions. There is talk of adding a weekly open water swim to our sessions when everyone gets back, so make sure you are ready.
